The operation process also high lights the responsibilities of Al Hoson departments on day-to-day basis and the various sequence of activities and the completion of any Project. Accounting and Finance
Accounting is the central financial point of every Al Hoson office. This dept. is responsible for all accounting obligations, including bookkeeping and reporting of area offices, cash flow management, for both the transactions relating to office as well as for any project. This dept. is also responsible for all relationships and dealings with our banks. Its cooperation with the other depts. of the area office is vital for the smooth operation and execution of the projects.
Personnel
The personnel dept. is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, training and development process of the human capital of the office. Additionally, they are also responsible for the general administration of the area office including information technology.
Sales and Marketing
The sales, marketing and estimation department’s task is to promote the area office by creating and maintaining links with clients, securing the flow of leads, converting leads into projects, estimating, bidding, negotiating and finally signing (closing) projects.
